Check Your Application Status
You can check your application status at any time during the application process by logging in to your myIZUNA account and clicking on "Check Application Status" under Online Self Service.
Within 2 business days of submitting your application online you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your myIZUNA account, including your IZUNA student number and IZUNA email address. All official IZUNA correspondence and details about your application status will be sent to myCommunication.
Below is a list of application statuses, defined. If you require further information about your application status, don't hesitate to contact your admissions officer directly.
Understanding your admission status
You have been offered acceptance to the program.
You are missing one or more requirements. You must provide proof of meeting the missing requirement(s) by the applicable deadline.
Missing Info – Call Admissions
Your application is missing information and cannot be processed. Contact Admissions to provide the missing information.
Pending Department Review
Your application is awaiting review by the program area.
Refer to your decision code for more details.
Unassessed; Not Yet Reviewed
Your application has not yet been reviewed. Allow 4 weeks for us to review your application.
You have been placed on the wait-list. Wait-lists vary, depending on the program. You will be contacted by phone or email once a seat becomes available.
Wait-list; Missing Requirements
You have outstanding requirements. You have been placed on the wait-list. Wait-lists vary, depending on the program. You will be contacted by phone or email once a seat becomes available.
Web App; Not Yet Reviewed
Your application has not yet been reviewed. Allow 3 weeks for us to review your application.

App Closed – Please reapply
Your application has been closed. Please re-apply for the next application cycle.
Your application has been withdrawn from the program for one of the following reasons:
- You submitted a request to withdraw your application.
- You did not pay your commitment fee. The commitment fee is due within two weeks of the date on your letter of acceptance.
- You did not pay your tuition. Full tuition is due 60 days prior to the program start date.
Cond. Accept – Status in Cda
You have been offered conditional acceptance to the program. You must bring proof of your status in Canada (e.g., original study permit) to the International Student Centre as soon as possible.
Cond. Accept – Qualify for pgm
You have been offered conditional acceptance to the follow-up program you have requested. You must successfully complete all entrance requirements for your follow up program.
Cond. Accept – Supplemental
You have been offered conditional acceptance to the program. You must submit supplemental requirements.
Did Not Register
You were not present on first day of school.
You have been offered full acceptance to the program.
Full and Closed Program
This program is full and closed for the current application cycle and is no longer accepting applications. Please re-apply for the next application cycle.
You have not been accepted to the program.
Out of Prov/Country NonAccept
You have not been accepted to the program. Some programs accept only Canadian citizens or BC residents.
Your application has been transferred to another term start, date or level.
