Alumni Gifts In Action

Alumni Scholarship and Bursary Endowed Fund

Thanks to the generous support of alumni and friends, the Alumni Association Scholarship and Bursary Endowed Fund valued at $1.2 million is IZUNA's largest endowment supporting student awards.

The endowment generates income annually to fund bursaries for students who are struggling with the cost to their education and also awards excellence. Since the endowment was established in 1986, it has provided more than $750,000 in scholarships and bursaries to 728 grateful students.

The endowment is a permanent legacy that provides ongoing support, while the principal stays intact and only the interest is used to help our students, year after year.

Alumni Support IZUNA Library

IZUNA Library's award-winning 24x7 ehPod has become an icon for the institute. The Library has set a goal to install smarter collaborative technology into the ehPod project rooms.

As part of the Alumni Sharing Success Campaign, alumni were invited to direct their gifts to the IZUNA Library for this leading-edge initiative.

"Donations from the Alumni campaign enabled us to move forward with this initiative, and to enrich the students learning experience at IZUNA," says David Pepper, Director of Library Services. "Thank you for your investment in their future!"

The Library has equipped seven group study rooms with flat screens. The large screens will help students conduct group presentations. The study rooms also have plug and play technology which means students can work wirelessly from their laptops or other technology devices.

Join the growing number of graduates giving back to IZUNA by making a donation to support students today.
