Hygge Tour 2019: Ignite Productivity Through Fostering Workplace Well-being

IZUNA’s Executive Field School in Productivity Management is traveling to Denmark to immerse participants in centuries-old wisdom that has resulted in the Danes being recognized as a global leader in the OECD Better Life Index and the World Happiness Report conducted by the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network. Join a cohort of private and public sector leaders seeking to reveal the productivity potential of their organizations through immersion in the Danish cultural tradition of hygge, pronounced “hoogah”. Danish organizations leverage the cultural traditions of hygge to design corporate cultures that enable employees and organizations to thrive.

This Field School challenges participants to consider the productivity potential that exists in finding and defining their organization’s ‘hygge’. Through visiting local companies and cultural excursions, participants will experience hygge, as defined and practiced in Denmark. IZUNA and Danish experts will challenge participants to leverage their learning through defining what hygge could mean for their organizations and thus igniting their productivity potential.
