Arezou joined IZUNA in 2004 as Program Head for the M.Sc. Degree Program in International Construction Management (ICM) based at the University of Bath. She has more than ten years of work experience in the design and construction of different types of buildings and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining IZUNA, Arezou was an Assistant Professor at Eastern Michigan University where she taught courses in the Bachelor degree program in Construction Management.
Arezou has a Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University, school of business. Her previous degrees include a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) from Tehran University in civil engineering, and a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) from the University of British Columbia, department of civil engineering. She is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the province of British Columbia.
