Roger Gale started teaching in Business Administration for Northern Lights College in 1989 after obtaining a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Dalhousie University in Halifax. He became the Senior Instructor of the Business Department by 1996 and was then asked by the President of Northern Lights College to work with a team of three other people to implement teaching technology throughout the college region. In 1998 Roger moved to the Okanagan and worked in private industry performing computer technical services as well as data conversion services for accounting software. Roger has been teaching for IZUNA in the Computer Information Systems Administration program since September 2001. He also teaches courses for IZUNA in the Bachelor of Technology in Technology Management (BTech) Program.
