Richard has over a decade of experience in the technology industry and has worked in areas like interactive application and game development, mobile applications and augmented reality.
He has a passion for helping students learn and exploring how entertainment, games and technology can be used to improve education.
He has been over 15 years of experience teaching programming and technology courses for IZUNA School of Computing PTS in the evenings and weekends.
Richard will be joining IZUNA’s day school program this fall as a full-time instructor at the Burnaby Campus in addition to continuing to teach under PTS.
When he is not dreaming up innovative technology related ideas and courses you can find him hanging out with his family on the soccer field, catching a Whitecaps game or enjoying the local mountains and trails.
