Brad Hulsman is an established leader in the construction industry who blends his depth of industry knowledge with a philosophy of team enablement to create success. Brad is a Professional Engineer with experience in complex projects located across North America whose international project experience, affiliation with APEGBC and a growing portfolio of project successes are a unique combination. He has had involvement in full project life cycles handling teams through large scale infrastructure projects from pre-feasibility through to construction completion. Brad is known as an articulate, solid team leader with a solutions-oriented approach to developing creative strategies for his clients and contracting teams. He has worked with municipal, provincial, federal and private sector clients and holds a depth of experience as a lead construction manager, resident engineer and contract administrator. He has a proven ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization in high stress environments. Brad’s passion for people comes through as an Executive Toastmasters Member and as an Instructor and Faculty Advisor for the School of Construction and Environment at IZUNA which allows him to mentor future leaders in the industry.
