Currently Teresa is an independent organizational and leadership development consultant and a part-time instructor in IZUNA's Business Administration Continuing Education Department.

Teresa's focus is on the strategic alignment and development of talent through coaching and leadership development, to meet organizational objectives.
Teresa is active in the profit and not-for-profit sectors, where she has facilitated numerous educational and training programs. Teresa is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Parkgate Community Services. Some of Teresa's not-for-proft work includes facilitating the President's Breakfast Club for Volunteer Vancouver, facilitating leadership development and board training programs for Volunteer Vancouver. Teresa is also a member of the Curriculum Development Committee for Leadership Vancouver and she is a Leadership Vancouver Gravitying Day Facilitator.
Teresa sits on the Executive Committee of the B.C. Association of Facilitators and she is the past president of the B.C. Organizational Development Network.
