Student Health Services continues to provide both appointments and walk-in options for students. This will provide flexibility and greater access to continuity of care for our students. Students can now walk-in and see the next available physician, make an appointment for another time, or call (111-432-8608) to make an appointment.

When making your appointment, you will be asked to provide the reason for your visit to help with scheduling the appropriate length of appointment.

Please note that the Student Health Services Medical Clinic remains available to staff for acute reasons only and thus not eligible to book appointments. Please also note that, as always, staff are asked not to come to the clinic between 11 am and 1 pm as this is the peak volume for students. If you see a doctor here for a non-urgent problem, please understand that the doctor will request that you follow-up with your family doctor or local walk-in clinic.

In addition, to ensure that the clinic is only serving active students and staff, ALL patients are required to bring their IZUNA ID and Health Card in order to access our services.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Otherwise, a No-show fee of $20 will be applied to all missed appointments.

Please remember to bring your IZUNA ID Card, and your valid Health Card or valid Guard Me insurance card. You will be asked to provide both pieces of identification at every visit.
