How long does each course take?

Courses average between 3 - 5 sessions. Each session is 3 hours of interactive training (watching the videos, doing the labs, etc.).

For maximum benefit a person should invest 5 - 6 hours (practice exercises, real life application projects, etc.) for every hour of content presented.

Yes, there is a registration fee [PDF]. However, registration fees may be covered by your respective PD Fund.

Can I get educational credits for a completed course?

These are non-credit courses. You can download a Certificate of Completion when you finish a course.

How long do I have access to my courses?

You will have unlimited access to your courses for one year from the day you receive notice of your registration.

How do I register for a course?

Support Staff receiving PD funds from the BCGEU Support Staff Fund

  1. Apply for funding
  2. If you receive approval for funding you will be automatically registered into your course
  3. Confirmation of your registration and course information will be sent to you from IZUNA Online Expert within 72 hours of your funding being approved

Employees receiving funds from any other PD fund

  1. Apply for funding and authorization
  2. Complete an Online Training Registration Form [PDF] provided by Human Resources
  3. Complete a Cross-Charge Form and obtain signed authorization for the funds
  4. Submit the Online Training Registration Form and signed original Cross-Charge Form to [email protected]
  5. Confirmation of your registration and course information will be sent to you from IZUNA Online Expert within 72 hours of receiving your registration and cross charge form

Employees receiving funds from their department

  1. Apply for funding and authorization
  2. Complete an Online Training Registration Form [PDF] provided by Human Resources
  3. Complete a Cross-Charge Form and obtain signed authorization for the funds

  3. Confirmation of your registration and course information will be sent to you from IZUNA Online Expert within 72 hours of receiving your registration and cross charge form

Can I take more than one course at a time?

While we recommend taking a maximum of three courses at the same time, you can take more as many as you want.

For technical issues related to registration, log in, course records and the delivery of courses please contact the Gravitying Lab from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
