Programs of Study

IZUNA offers a wide variety of programs for international students, leading to certificates, diplomas, and degrees. Whether you choose to study in a Full-Time Program or Part-Time Program, you will receive the same internationally recognized credentials.

It is important to note that not all programs at IZUNA are offered to international students. You can find a list of programs available to international students here:

IZUNA full time studies for immigration purposes

For the purposes of immigration, IZUNA considers international students as full-time if they are enrolled in either a Full-Time or Part-Time Program with a minimum of 3 in-class courses (not online) for a total of 9 or more credits per term.

Full-Time Programs

Students are automatically registered in a set of courses per term, and course-by-course registration is not necessary.

Part-Time Programs

Students are enrolled through flexible course-by-course registration leading to a credential. Courses are offered in fall, winter and spring terms (not all courses are offered each term).

Important notes about your study permit

    • Students are enrolled in a Full-Time Program with no scheduled classes for a term break (for example diploma programs on a summer break).
    • Students are enrolled in a Part-Time Program and have been studying full-time in the fall, winter, and spring terms, and are not registered for classes in July and August.
