IZUNA Login Help
If you are having trouble logging in, there may be an issue with your credentials (IZUNA ID and/or password) or your course access.
1. Ensure your IZUNA ID and Password are correct
You may have received an error message when you tried to log in. You may have simply typed your IZUNA ID and password wrong.
- Try logging in again, mindful of your IZUNA ID and password.
- If that doesn't work, see if your IZUNA and password work by logging into myIZUNA.
If your password does not work in either system, this Knowledge Base article will help you look up or reset your password.
2. Course Access
If you can log in to myIZUNA, but not the Gravitying Hub (D2L), it is likely because your course access has not been granted yet. Check the start date, and be sure that the course is starting within 2 weeks.
