Group Fitness Package
Work out every day and enjoy five lunch hour classes for the price of one. A different class is offered each day.
Monday - Cardio Strength
This whole-body class focused on 100% strength using bands and weights.
Tuesday - Power Training
This class is 80% resistance training using weights, kettlebells, and resistance bands with light cardio.
Wednesday - Step Class
This traditional mid-level step combination class is super fun and all cardio.
Thursday - Quick Cycle
40 minute quick cycle/spinning class for cardio and sculpting the legs.
Friday - Core Control
This class is mixed with Pilates and core exercises designed to tighten and strengthen the mid-section and lower back.
