This course introduces you to the principles of service sales, follow up, and complaint resolution necessary to represent your employer effectively in a positive and professional manner.

Describe the key characteristics of winning organizations.
Design an effective customer service/relations program for an automotive service organization.
Discuss the importance of non-verbal communication.
Interview for information.
Use the telephone effectively.
Use the principles of effective selling.
