This course focuses on growing your business for a profitable future. Entrepreneurs face different issues growing the business that they didn’t face at the start-up stage. A wide range of challenges faces the entrepreneur at this stage of the business. This course will focus on the practical skills used in a growth company environment by the entrepreneur. Topics will include all aspects of managing, marketing, operating, setting systems and processes, quality control and administering the venture during this critical stage. It will include identifying growth problems as well as offering practical real-world solutions for implementation

Discuss human resource factors for implementing including leadership, work measurement, motivation, and corporate structure.
Identify entrepreneurial traits required to champion successful company growth.
Evaluate trends that can impact growth and sustainability.
Develop plans to successfully embrace the future of the business.
