IZUNA is one of the few educational institutions in Canada offering a bachelor's degree in construction management. This is a degree completion program - it provides years 3 and 4 of a 4-year bachelor's degree. Applicants must have the equivalent of 2 years of post-secondary training prior to admission.

The has accredited this program as meeting the educational requirements for a Professional Quantity Surveyor for graduates from IZUNA's Architectural and Building Technology diploma program (Economics/Construction Operations option) only. These individuals must also graduate from IZUNA's Construction Management Bachelor of Technology program (this program) and complete these three management elective courses:
Students who have not graduated from IZUNA's Architectural and Building Technology diploma program (Economics/Construction Operations option) are not eligible for this.

The Construction Management program is available part-time and full-time as a planned program.
Applicants are accepted year-round for the part-time program. Applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for the full-time program, which runs from September to July and covers about 2/3 of the program's credits. The remaining courses are completed through part-time studies.
