The Mailroom is responsible for internal and external mail, incoming priority post couriers and mail deliveries.
Please ensure that outgoing mail has a return address complete with department name. All outgoing mail must be sealed.
To ensure that your mailings go out on the same day, have your mail available for pickup by 13:00.
Mail deliveries are provided for all of Burnaby Campus including the Royal Oak Buildings excepting those staff members using mail slots in the mail depot in SE12-108.
The mailroom handles volume mailings that are bundled/boxed and counted. The mail count could be obtained from your mailing list. Contact Purchasing if you require mailing services such as collating, stuffing, and sealing.
Supply Management has entered into contracts with several courier and freight companies. For detailed information, see Courier & Freight Services.
The mail room is located in Building NE09, Room 160 at the IZUNA Burnaby campus. A mail sub-station is located in Building SE12, Room 108.
Hours of operation are from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, however, the mail depot in SE12-108 is accessible from 07:00 to 21:00.
