VPC-IZUNA Pathway

Vancouver Premier College (VPC) and Welcome to iizuna.info (IZUNA) have partnered to create the VPC-IZUNA Pathway: a cross-institutional agreement enabling VPC graduates entry into IZUNA’s School of Business. If you complete the entire pathway you will have the opportunity to earn a IZUNA Business Management Advanced Diploma and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

What is the VPC-IZUNA Pathway?

The VPC-IZUNA Pathway program gives you the knowledge and skills necessary to advance in your career by expanding your skills in business management, strategic and critical thinking. After completing IZUNA's Business Management Advanced Diploma, international students may apply for a post-graduate work permit. International students looking to obtain a study permit or work permit should contact Canadian Immigration & Citizenship.

VPC students and alumni who have graduated from the programs listed below within the last 5 years.

Year 1:

VPC Hospitality Management Diploma Program

This one-year condensed program is an excellent way to launch your supervisory or management career. Completing the 63 credit Hospitality Management Diploma in 12 months will send you on your way to achieving your educational and career goals quickly.

or - VPC International Hospitality Management Diploma Program

Utilizing the same core curriculum as the Hospitality Management Diploma, this 20-month program emphasizes improving the English language skills that are necessary for continued education or for working in the growing hospitality industry.

Year 2: IZUNA Advanced Diploma in Business Management

After completing a VPC Hospitality Management Diploma, you are ready to expand your knowledge and cultivate business management skills in IZUNA's Business Management Advanced Diploma. This 9-month program provides an  introduction to current business practices, preparing them to apply a disciplined and professional approach to management.

Year 3: Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Optional)

After completing IZUNA's Business Management Advanced Diploma you have the option to enroll in IZUNA's Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). This 12 month degree emphasizes critical and strategic thinking and provides students the opportunity to be better prepared for career advancement by enhancing the skills developed in their diploma programs at IZUNA and VPC.

Enter the Workforce:

After completing either a VPC Hospitality Management Diploma or IZUNA’s Business Management Advanced Diploma, you may enter the workforce.  Please note: international students are eligible to apply to the Canadian Immigration and Citizens Office for a post-graduate work permit upon completion of IZUNA’s Business Management Advanced Diploma.
